This SOP is for handing over day-to-day ownership of this workspace to a new manager who will maintain, support users, and continue building pages/databases.

1) Handover overview (what success looks like)
- A new owner can navigate the home page, understand what each area does, and keep it up to date.
- Key databases (courses, enrollments, resources, feedback/EOI, contacts) have clear fields, views, and templates.
- Routine updates (new year rollover, course updates, enrollment periods) are documented and repeatable.
- There is a clear support path for users (schools/providers/LLEN) and a change log for improvements.
